My plan to get out of the stressful and boring weekly routine

A large part of our lives is spent working. For many people this is a problem because they suffer from Monday to Friday to enjoy the two days of the weekend. So they go from week to week until they reach the holidays.

I don’t want to spend so much of my life with those kinds of feelings. I am lucky to enjoy my job but it has not been the case that I have not had stressful and overwhelming weeks, months or even years where I have suffered more than I have enjoyed life.

Why I see that it is an important issue

In fact this morning I was talking about it with my youngest, who is eight years old. I told him that he had one week of holidays left until he accurate mobile phone number list had to go back to school. But that was not necessarily a bad thing. He was always going to enjoy the holidays more when he had the contrast of school where he had to do things that he did not like so much.
It depends on the attitude: that is why I think that in part it is how you face things. You can focus on the bad things you have to do at work or the good things you will be doing with coworkers you like to spend time with (even if it’s just working).
Mental health: Now that I’m 44, I understand better and better aspects of life that are not relevant when you’re 30 or younger. It’s incredibly important that your brain works well because issues like depression should not be taken lightly.

Long-term energy

My most important goal is to reach 80 and permissioned blockchains beyond in good health. I don’t have very short-term goals at a business level either. I’m aware that things need time to evolve, so I need long-term energy to go far.
Slowing down the passage of time: When you live too much in your routines, time passes faster. At least at a perception level. We’re not interested in living life as fast as possible, but rather the opposite.
Things I do to get out of the routine
For all these reasons, I think it’s important to get out of the weekly routine. We need to recreate that emotion and feeling that the weekend and vacations vietnam data bring you. It’s not easy and every personal situation is different, but my way of dealing with it is this:

Create contrasting programs

Especially after intense days we surprise the little ones with an afternoon of pizza in front of the TV. Normally we don’t want them to be in front of the screen from Monday to Friday, but this exception to the rule makes a Tuesday or Wednesday seem like a Saturday.
Go out to dinner with my wife: This is something we should do a lot more in fact. We don’t take enough time as a couple. It’s important because at some point the children will no longer be there and we will have to know how to function in this new phase of our lives.
Prepare a challenge: It doesn’t have to be preparing for a marathon, as is currently the case. It forces me to plan my training session every day. Normally I only went out for a run on the weekend, so this also gives me a bit of a weekend feeling.
It’s not complicated or anything out of the ordinary. Nor should we think that this way no week will be stressful or boring. The important thing is to be aware. It’s always a little success when you’re in the middle of the week and you’re living it like a vacation day or a weekend.
